Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers quantumprecisiontech.com only.
Who we are
Quantum Precision LLC is an AI integration consultancy founded and run by Gregory A. Stone, 19 Corn Mill Way, Rockland, MA 02370. If you have a question about this policy, or about the data we hold on you, email gstone@quantumprecisiontech.com or call 617-774-7745.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, and your message. The form also has optional fields for your company, industry, company size, and what you are interested in. We do not ask for anything else.
How you found us. When you arrive, the site notes the website or search that referred you, plus any campaign tag in the link you clicked, and holds that one line in your browser for the length of the visit. If you submit the contact form, that line is sent with it, so we can tell whether an inquiry came from search, LinkedIn, an ad, or a link somewhere else. It is a single field, it is not linked to anything else about you, and your browser discards it when you close the tab if you never submit the form.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4X4J8TBMZQ) on its pages. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are located, the type of device and browser you use, and the site or advertisement that referred you. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, or heat mapping on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep records of business inquiries.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Running a website means other companies process data on our behalf. For this site those are:
- Netlify and Cloudflare host the website and serve its pages.
- Cloudflare also runs the service that receives contact form submissions, and stores each one, so an inquiry is not lost if a later step fails.
- Google provides Google Analytics. It also delivers your inquiry to a Google mailbox, where it is stored, sends you the email offering call times, and creates the calendar invitation if you book a call.
- Anthropic receives your name, company, industry, company size, interest, and message, so that Claude can draft the reply that offers you call times. Anthropic's commercial terms state that it does not use content sent to its API to train its models.
- Fastmail hosts gstone@quantumprecisiontech.com, so a message you email us directly is stored there.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data.
Cookies and browser storage
The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics cookies described above. The site also uses your browser's session storage to hold the single referral line described under "How you found us", which your browser clears when you close the tab. This site does not currently show a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form inquiries, and the email they generate, for as long as we have a reason to: an open conversation, an active engagement, or our own business records. If you ask us to delete your inquiry we will, and you do not have to give a reason. That covers the copy held by the service that receives the form as well as the one in our mailbox.
Google Analytics data is held by Google under the retention period set on our property. Event-level data is kept for 2 months. User-level data is kept for 14 months from a visitor's most recent activity, and Google deletes it automatically after that.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gstone@quantumprecisiontech.com and we will respond. If you have received marketing email from us, every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe here.
About GDPR and CCPA. Quantum Precision LLC is a Massachusetts consultancy serving businesses in the United States. We fall below every threshold that makes the California Consumer Privacy Act apply to us, and we do not target or market to individuals in the European Union, so the GDPR does not apply to us either.
We would rather say that plainly than claim compliance we have never been assessed for. It does not change what you can ask us for. Whatever law does or does not cover us, email us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We do not sell personal information to anyone, which is the practice those laws exist to control.
Children
This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
