These terms cover your use of quantumprecisiontech.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not cover paid engagements with Quantum Precision, which are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that work.

What this site is

This site is informational. The articles, guides, calculators, and assessment tools on it are general information about AI adoption for small and medium businesses. They are not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice, and they are not a substitute for an engagement. Any figure produced by a calculator or assessment on this site is an estimate based on what you enter, not a projection of your results.

Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. That begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Using the site

You may read, print, and share our content for your own business purposes. Please do not:

• Copy or republish substantial parts of the site as your own.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site in a way that degrades it for others.
• Use the site to break the law, or to send us anything malicious.
• Misrepresent yourself, or submit someone else's personal information without their permission.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logo, and tools on this site belong to Quantum Precision unless stated otherwise. The Quantum Precision name and compass mark are ours. Referencing or linking to our work is welcome. Passing it off as yours is not.

Where we link to another company or resource, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability

We try to keep the site working and its content current, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date. We may change or remove anything on it at any time.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Quantum Precision LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred dollars.

Some states do not allow these exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

This section covers the website. It does not cover paid work, which is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and both you and Quantum Precision LLC agree those courts may hear it.

There is deliberately no arbitration clause and no class action waiver in these terms.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
